Refund Policy
Returns
We want you to love your order. If you don’t, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
Eligibility:

Items must be unused, unmarked, and in original packaging.

No returns on stickers or stamps (they’re too small to track – they’d escape).

Pens: If a pen is defective (skips, leaks, or makes weird ghost noises), we’ll replace it for free. Just send a photo of the crime.
How to return:

Email us at returns@[yourshop].com with your order number and reason.

We’ll send you a return shipping label (cost deducted from refund unless it’s our fault).

Pack the items carefully – preferably without using them as packing peanuts.
Refunds
Once we receive the return, we’ll inspect it within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 days. Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless we messed up (e.g., sent you a “Dog” sticker instead of “Frog” – yes, that happened once).
Exchanges
Need a different color notebook? Exchange it! Same process as returns, just note “exchange” in your email. We’ll waive the return shipping for exchanges.
Damaged or wrong item
Oh no! If your package arrives looking like it was used in a soccer match, or we accidentally sent you a stamp that says “I ❤️ Broccoli,” email us within 7 days with photos. We’ll send a replacement immediately, no return needed. (We’ll also laugh about the broccoli thing together.)
Final sale items
Anything discounted 40% or more is final sale. Those items are basically running away from our warehouse screaming “take me as I am.”
